(CC BY 2.0).<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/llreadll\/\"> llreadll<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/llreadll\/\">.<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>A lot has happened in the past 9 weeks and I think that this course\u00a0has offered me some new perspectives in terms of leadership and managing change.\u00a0 As a faculty, I tend to focus on leading change only from my perspective rather than the\u00a0perspectives of all involved parties.\u00a0 The readings and activities gave me pause to consider things through the eyes of an administrator, a support staff, an IT professional, and most importantly a student.<\/p>\n<p>Assignment 4 gave me the opportunity to conceptualize a change in my college that I have been lobbying for-implementing\u00a0an online quality\u00a0assurance program.\u00a0 By using this as my concept for the assignment I was able to flush out several issues that could be barriers to a successful roll-out of such a program.<\/p>\n<p>Looking forward I would like to present a case to administration at my college and hopefully, lead in the development of a\u00a0quality\u00a0assurance program for our\u00a0online courses.<\/p>\n<p>I thoroughly\u00a0enjoyed working with everyone\u00a0throughout this course and hope to see you all soon!
