I am considering it as a potential framework that I can use in my proposal and my final paper.<\/p>\n<p>It is not listed in the current LRNT 622 list, but I found it mentioned in a paper that I used as support for my draft Chapter 1. What I know about the framework is that it is based on a transfer process model proposed by Baldwin and Ford (1988). The model is used to evaluate different training delivery methods and looks at indicators such as cognitive ability, motivation and self-efficacy.<\/p>\n<p>My questions are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Is the transfer process model framework a theoretical framework or a theory? I have not investigated this extensively beyond my intrigue in reading Beinicke and Bipp (2018) stating it as a theoretical framework.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Will the transfer process model theoretical framework allow enough breadth for my research question as it is not a framework specifcally built on technology, such as the mobile learning theory or the technology acceptance model?Another possibility for me would be the theoretical framework that contains learning design theory as it is mentioned often in the literature I have researched so far.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Can I find more papers and articles reflecting this framework or is it an framework that is still in its early stages (based on the recency of the Beinicke and Bipp (2018) article)?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>References<\/p>\n<p>Baldwin, T.
