The internet is a ubiquitous reality today and a reflection on how and we use it is an interesting study. As a visitor to the internet represented by the left half of the continuum I search for information, entertainment, and use direct communication tools. The expectation is that we leave a small digital footprint and it is not a particular visible activity Fields (2012). \u00a0\u00a0The right side of the continuum has permanence as the information is more durable in nature, information resides in spaces for other to interact. Personal and Institutional are representative of the persona of identity and the continuum is expressed \u00a0by the vertical axis.
