Recently, the chair of this committee was at a conference and they were discussing the newest form of technology, Synthetic humans. I wanted to share this with you as clearly, the future has arrived. I play a video game (Detroit) which discusses &#8220;synths&#8221; and I never thought this would actually come to fruition.
