Implementation of online courses has never been as urgent as it is now, during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, many organizations find themselves unprepared for this change. According to Houlden, & Veletsianos (2020<\/span>), the lack of planning measures can create tensions due to the requirements of the rapid adoption of online learning by the organizations.<\/p>\n

Therefore, this Toolkit for the Assessment of Organizational Readiness for Implementation of Online Courses<\/em> aims to serve as an self-assessment tool by the organizations to address their readiness for such a change.<\/p>\n

The Toolkit is developed based on four theoretical frameworks for the assessment of organizational readiness for e-learning (<\/span>Pi\u00f1a, 2017; Schreurs & Al-Huneidi, 2012; Schreurs,\u00a0 Gelan, & Sammour, 2009; Watkins, 2014), and consists of an assessment of the five primary elements: <\/span>leadership, culture, people, infrastructure and pedagogy<\/em>.<\/p>\n
