a)Project management skills could be improved. I tend to focus more on one area, such as generation of content and neglect everything else.<\/p>\n
strategies and approaches to address the gap:<\/strong><\/p>\n Introduce structure and planning to project management.<\/p>\n One way to do it is to divide the project into different categories and attach timelines and deadlines to each one. Schedule tasks, so that a chunk of the day\/week\/month is dedicated to each category. Ideally, I would like to outsource the areas where i lack skills\/knowledge\/passion to someone who can do it better, so that I can focus on generating content.<\/p>\n b)Video editing skills are too basic. I tend to focus on substance more than on form. How many people are taking online courses ? Is my audience growing ?
