\u00a0 \u00a0 I find the reflections of others on design practice <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>depressing <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>and encouraging at the same<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>I am not working at the moment and don\u2019t have much to examine. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> All I can do is passively absorb the experience of fellow MALAT students. Jean-Pierre mentioned <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Freedcamp, never used it before but seems like a pretty good project management software. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Mike mentioned transformational leadership which I had to google, a very interesting theory, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>it is <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>too bad I don\u2019t fit the profile as it takes certain personality traits <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>of a Five-Factor<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>\u00a0model<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> to be a transformational leader. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>David mentioned Kahoot, which seems like a great way to engage students through playing learning games. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>I laughed at him listing his wife as one of the tools. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>His post, as well as the whole blog in general, <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>points to<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> someone who loves <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>what he does. It reminds me of myself back when I was working, I could talk <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>or write <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>about my job for hours, exploring every aspect in detail, bursting with enthusiasm and it also reminds me of how little effort I am able to put in at the moment <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>because I have nothing relevant or interesting to share, considering that I have no instructing experience. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>I am in the process of looking for a job <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>in<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> the education\/<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>training sector<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>, so hopefully, I am not stuck in a passive mode for long. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>This post is just to keep the momentum going. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
