The purpose of this meeting was for new graduate students to ask questions they may have regarding educational research.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">During this meeting, I asked Dr. Veletsianos:<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 16pt\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">&#8220;How would one explore research in emerging technologies that are currently underdeveloped?&#8221;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Dr. Veletsianos recommended that you view the exploration phase or gathering knowledge like an onion. The research question is at the core, and with each outer preceding layer, you explore broader aspects of the research question.
