For assignment 2, our team created a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/design\/DAE6B6Lnlns\/u-zCL-mo5Fb7UYtNyh2nUw\/view?utm_content=DAE6B6Lnlns&amp;utm_campaign=designshare&amp;utm_medium=link&amp;utm_source=shareyourdesignpanel\">toolkit<\/a> with resources, tools, and an e-learning module to help educational professionals involved in creating, producing, and facilitating professional development.<\/p>\n<p>We framed our design upon system thinking and Biech\u2019s (2007) CHANGE model. We also incorporated Universal Design for Learning (CAST, n.d.-b) guidelines.
