Welcome back, readers!<\/p>\n
Over the past few weeks, our cohort has been exploring change management in the context of online learning. For assignment 2, our team created a toolkit<\/a> with resources, tools, and an e-learning module to help educational professionals involved in creating, producing, and facilitating professional development.<\/p>\n We framed our design upon system thinking and Biech\u2019s (2007) CHANGE model. We also incorporated Universal Design for Learning (CAST, n.d.-b) guidelines.
