Summary<\/h2>\n

Zac joined the CTET in January 2019. As a Learning Technologist, Zac is responsible for course development and support, as well as user training and other technical support for courses\u00a0 \u00a0offered through the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS) and other technologies.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Experience<\/h2>\n

\u00a0Zac started working in educational institutions while studying at Saint Mary\u2019s University. As a Teaching Technology Associate and later Team Lead at Saint Mary\u2019s Centre for Academic\u00a0 \u00a0Technologies (now Software & Application Support Centre), he provided faculty support in wide range of technology solutions. Later moving back home to Vancouver Island, Zac joined the\u00a0 Computer Services team at Royal Roads where he provided technical support for students, staff and faculty.<\/p>\n
