Below is my initial 3-2-1 post on digital facilitation.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>3 initial thoughts<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">I feel excited to practice digital facilitation, especially in ways or topics I haven&#8217;t before<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">I want to primarily concentrate on the process, pedagogy and learning, not the technologies<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">Specific and measurable learning outcomes will be very helpful in creating digital learn experiences that align well<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>2 questions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">What Bull roles of teaching can I practice more on in online and in person?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">What are some good strategies in building community, trust, openness in digital learning environments?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\"><strong>1 metaphor\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;font-size: 12pt\">My metaphor image below compares digital facilitation to building a puzzle.
