Although we designed the toolkit with this specific purpose, it can be used by any organization in any industry to assess readiness for change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our toolkit outlines the six-step model we developed to assess readiness for change on Kotter&#8217;s (1996) Leading Change method.
