Reflections of a Digital Content Creator – Video Diary

Below is my synopsis of the journey I have begun as a MALAT student. It is not the flashiest as far as production values are concerned, but echoes much what my fellow MALATers have already said. I will be interested to look back on this video in a year’s time to see what has changed.

  1. Hi Marshall,
Great video, I like the personal touch.
Like you, I decided to leave Facebook for my personal life, I had it up as a link early on in the course through my blog but decided to take it down and focus on my blog, twitter, and LinkedIn. I agree as well that our colleagues in our cohort have been an incredible resource, I am looking forward to the next couple of of years.

  2. Yes, I concur with you (and Steve) re: Facebook. That was one area I decided to draw a boundary for my professional digital presence. Have you decided if you will differentiate the content on Twitter/Linked In?

    1. I hadn’t given much thought to differentiating, and to be honest, I am still figuring out how to best use each platform. I think I will post what I deem to be my best quality work on Linked In, and Twitter will be a more general traffic generator/muse manager.
