Hi Dorothy,
I really liked how you have linked your leadership style into a growth mindset. I agree, as leaders we should all be growing and looking at ways of improving. I too am interested in resilience, and learning how to work with that more. For me, this was the first time I considered organizations as resilient, something that I will have to ponder more.
