Just testing this out tonight, after watching and rewatching the Virtual Symposium sessions from the newly minted Bat-cave (aka my garage office). Nothing of importance here, move along; I’ll post my thoughts on the symposium in a future blog post tomorrow. A lot of great discussions and comments on a variety of subjects that are very close to my own work and what I hope to achieve with the MALAT. Digital identity was a topic that perked my ears up in one of the 2018 sessions and I can’t wait to learn more about this topic in the months, weeks, years, to come.

Oh and in case your wondering, why the title “hello world“…the inner geek in me couldn’t resist. Not only is one of the first messages instructors get their students to code in early Comp Sci courses, but it was one of the first test messages a program executed at Bell Labs back in the 1970s. (Kernighan,1972)
