Katie Brown, Andrea Livingstone, Angie Maksymetz, and Todd Pezer have co-created a TOOLKIT for implementing a change related to digital learning.
The process laid out in this toolkit is meant to support the facilitation of an effective transition.
The accompanying VIDEO produced by Todd Pezer provides a delightful explanation of the toolkit.

I really enjoyed the video. Well done.
Thanks Michael, our group is very proud of how Todd masterfully compiled the A-Team’s inputs to make this fine piece of work!
Great video and toolkit. Thanks for sharing. I look forward to the followup video and learning more about whether university professors are all aliens.

Delightful is an understatement. Your video is absolutely enjoyable. Congratulations on a very well done job.
Besides the possibility of the alien professors… I wonder where the “random guy” comes from.
Cheers!
As the hack who put together our video, I found this video exceptionally well done, and its existence re-affirms my “hack” status as video maker, but I am keen to learn! What program did you guys use, and did it feature a green screen? As far as content goes, you guys laid out your tool very clearly, and even with minimal background in the subject area you would be left with a good understanding, which I think is what any video of this nature is meant to do. I appreciated the subtle news flash as well, nice work Team A!
Yes, Marshall, Todd had a background screen (I think it was blue instead of green though) because I remember seeing it in the first-draft version of the video. The following is a copied-and-pasted response from Todd when he answered my questions, similar to yours, about the software in a private chat: “As for the software, The background virtual set, banners, spinning logo, etc. were all done in a 3d animation program called ‘Blender’ (Steep learning curve but open source and free!). The billboard was done in apple keynote. The rest of the sound/video file editing, screen recording, was all done in Screenflow: Mac only software that is really good, but can really work the computer hard and then get glitchy. I think Camtasia on PC is similar. Music is royalty free from apple loops, RRU photo was mine, clip art (radar/alien/spaceship were from openclipart.org, a public domain/royalty free repository of images.”
