ONE METAPHOR ABOUT DIGITAL FACILITATION
Base on what I know to date about digital facilitation, it seems to be a bit of a balancing act. As the facilitator you have to be subject matter expert, a bit of a technolgy expert (and have willingness to learn more), and most importantly a good facilitator.
