  1. I have to say that I enjoyed the break from reading to listen in on your reflection, Edward! I can certainly agree with you about the important distinction between managing and leading people. Leadership trumps management and helps build capacity in others, whereas managing people can be tiring and counterproductive. As you can imagine, I love that you are thinking about well-being! And not only for others but also for yourself – this, I believe, is foundational for all we do professionally and personally. Thanks again for sharing your reflection, and like you, I can certainly look back and see how I would do things much differently when leading change and managing projects… but now we know, and our future endeavours will benefit, thanks to what we have learned here over the last 9 weeks 😉
