A lovely infographic, Heather. The design principles you’ve chosen seem very well thought out in relation to your job and its demands. I’m curious about the decision you made to have all your principles be viewed through the lens of gender identity and what your motivation was/is to do so…? Where there any principles that you felt were as important that didn’t touch on identity itself but rather just privacy, respect or other ways to foster an inclusive work environment? For example, fostering an environment where all employees feel valued and respected regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, age, or ability.
