I have two ways that I plan to disseminate my research – 1) in a workshop within a meetup group of learning professionals and 2) in a professional publication or academic journal.

I am planning to complete #1 in 2020 after I complete my Master’s. For #2, I am planning to do in 2021. I have determined that I don’t have the time to consider publishing within the timeframe of my Master’s, so I will be reviewing the requirements after I have completed my exit pathway.

Based on how the proposal goes, I am hoping I can build a tool or framework that will help other learning professionals determine the minimum requirements that they require for an effective analysis on an issue they are asked to look into within their organization. If I can do this, I would love to facilitate a workshop (#1 above) to gather more insights from my colleagues and based on this, determine the framing of how I want to publish that research.
