  1. Group E, fantastic video!! It was engaging, easy to understand, and effective. Your toolkit lays out important and fundamental considerations within each of the four steps to increase the chances of successfully implementing change. I’ve worked on various projects where the learning and collaborative steps were rushed, and it resulted in a lot more problems during the implementation step.
