Multifactor Authentication (MFA) will assist my corporate organization to maintain access online to the staff while ensuring security to the data they access for their respective jobs. The creation of a policy manual will be in order concerning the completion of the research. While basic safety falls on the accounts’ design to access the system, we lack neither the appropriate documentation to maintain standardized procedures to create corporate requirements nor the quality assurance of data provided. With the research through APR, the plan is to discover which privileged accounts require higher scrutiny for access. With being charged to provide excellence within security in the Information Technology (IT) division, senior management requires the process and documentation of each company we own or will acquire. Safety and security are paramount when all data is cloud-based and accessible through non-company-owned hardware. Creating an academic journal would appear appropriate, allowing other researchers to have this information when working to secure their areas or corporations.

Great ideas here Rod and a policy manual would be very valuable I’m sure. You might want to consider a presentation at a conference as well, to share some of the findings — what worked, what didn’t, overall recommendations that other organizations might find useful in their own journey towards MFA. Good work.
