Hi May. It struck me when photocopiers came up in the timeline in 1959. I have to admit, I struggle sometimes to stay in a paperless mindset.
In your work, do you find learner or colleagues prefer hard copies? Any tools you prefer that could help make the shift?

Great question Karen! I find students and instructors to struggle with the same issue. In the beginning of my courses, I always talk about file management and show my students how to manage, access, and submit their files electronically instead of having to print everything. I definitely see a slow shift in my classes, and students are more and more asking for the electronic version of various assignments. In regard to tools, I have many people use pen tablets at work to help with using less paper.
