Copyright Violation
Copyright Violation is when you use someone else’s work without their permission. You should always ask permission from the copyright owner before using their work. Copyright is by default, and that means that even if the copyright is not stated in the source you want to use, you should assume the work is copyright-protected unless it is stated otherwise.
Plagiarism
Plagiarism is taking credit for a work that you did not create or using another’s work without proper citations. To avoid Plagiarism, you have to always cite every source that you use that was not written by you.
