Upon reflection of the leadership in digital learning, I have learned that the same task can be preformed and completed with success in various paths. Gone are the days of pleading ignorance to the current processes. Those before us, had used best judgement to create a plan. The plan though should always remain dynamic, to allow for the addition and removal of suggestions to improve the project. While the current state of employment will differ with my school colleagues, the level of instruction within the course will create a prepared response to affect change. Resistance to change comes from an outdated leader, which too must be updated. Static plans for projects, sets a recipe for disaster. Lessons learned from each project are indicative of the necessary changes required to create that plan for success.
