Culture has an important role in learning. I hope to spotlight empathy and the diversity of cultures/contexts. My design will address the lack of community in our digital learning environments. Utilizing short microlearning events either synchronously or asynchronously and limiting the workload for stakeholders. I have chosen Agile as it will allow for the co-creation of content and will allow for change as our organization’s relationship with technology changes.
