I’m a learning professional in the financial services industry, where I support adult learners preparing for regulatory and professional licensing examinations. My interests include learning design, learner engagement, inclusive learning practices, and the ways technology can support effective learning.

I’m currently enrolled in LRNT 523: Learning and Technology at Royal Roads University. This site is a space to document and reflect on that learning, explore connections between theory and practice, and share some of the ideas that emerge along the way.

My current and future professional development interests include Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and approaches that better support neurodivergent learners. I’m interested in how thoughtful learning design can improve accessibility and learning outcomes across the diverse range of learners I support.
