I found this course very educational for me and it definitely gave me a new perspective on project management, the process of change, leadership, and data collection. I have been involved in many change processes throughout my career, but not as a project manager, so what I learned in this course was eye-opening for me concerning what it takes for a change process to be successful.

What I learned in this course will help me to take on more leadership roles in the future when the opportunities arise. Change is a constant element in today’s digital word and I started this course with a positive attitude towards change. I still believe we need to embrace it instead of resisting it. Even though I have not changed my mind about the importance of being a flexible leader at the beginning of this course, I learned throughout this course that it takes more than just flexibility to be a successful leader. It also takes constant open communication with your team.
