As part of the course I’m taking, LRNT 525, our group (Patrick Guichon, Christopher Rowe, Jonathan Carpenter, Mike MacKay, and Cheryl-Haley Nix) was asked to create a toolkit for improving the success of educational technology change projects. Together we came up with the following 5-step guide for implementing change.

Through the recommended readings for the course and academic research we found that approximately 70% of change projects fail because they lack a framework to guide the change to a successful completion. Our framework has a systematic design approach to help unify stakeholders, carefully identify success, to increase the probability of implementing educational technology projects.
