Hello, I’m Nicole. I live in Langford with my partner, son and uncle. I am originally from Sidney; I spent most of my adult years raising a family in Calgary and have been back on the island for about a year and a half. The picture is of our move from Alberta to BC; we sold our belongings, packed what we could into the back of the truck, and headed for the west coast. It was a stifling 44 degrees as we drove through Merritt. We have taken up gardening and golf and enjoy the outdoors on our bikes or on foot anytime we can. It’s nice to be back “home.”
One of the qualities I value in a leader is a leader’s ability to share and engage those around them in an inspiring vision or goal. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone better.
