Because my research project is very much focussed on an actual professional challenge presented at the hospital in which I work, the main point of dissemination for my research will be through a briefing note for senior leadership with recommendations for our newly formed virtual reality (VR) training program for healthcare providers.

As this training program is largely possible because of the grant provided by a technology organization, I would also propose that the information gathered from my research is also shared with this benefactor.

I will likely be reaching out to some of the teaching centres as part of my research and it would only be fair to share my findings with these organizations. However, I will also share my research with the Medical Affairs community of practice (COP), which I participate in actively in hopes that the information I gather can assist other hospitals with or looking to initiate similar programs.

Lastly, I will look at developing an open education resource (OER) digital tool to publish online for anyone to access that is interested in the topic.

I am very excited about embarking on this final stage of my journey through the MALAT program.
